Print Club & Catch-Up Prints Shipping Timeline
All mail, including tracked delivery and catch-up mails will be sent out after the sign-up period ends. Your envelope will arrive sometime in the following weeks:
Malaysia: Usually within 1-3 weeks, but delays may occur.
International: Typically 3-8 weeks, though delivery may take longer in some cases depending on location, customs, and postal conditions.
📌 Please note: Tracking is not available for this mail. Delivery times are estimates only and can be delayed by public holidays, customs, or postal slowdowns. Once the mail is sent, delivery speed is beyond my control. This is the art of snail mail—it may take time, but that is part of its charm.
Clouel Studio does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your mail has not arrived after 8 weeks (approximately 2 months) after the mailing date, you may contact me to request a one-time replacement.

Billing & Purchase
This Mail Club is a monthly recurring subscription. By subscribing, you will be charged each month for the current edition.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Once a monthly payment has been processed, it applies to that month’s mail and cannot be refunded.
Each edition is prepared and mailed monthly.
Clouel Studio accepts payments in USD for international orders, and MYR for local Malaysian orders.
